Hello ! Welcome to my Studio…

The Studio houses a collection of my paintings—recent works, and some old favorites. I enjoy using paint to capture the natural beauty—light, color and texture that nature provides—both in landscapes and city scenes.

My recent paintings have been inspired by a trip to Italy in 2022. Italy, especially Venice, was filled with light and color. In 2023, a trip to the Canadian Rockies has provided rich and glorious landscapes to paint.

I also enjoy experimenting with urban landscapes—the man-made mountain ranges. The vivid colors and bright lights reflecting off the metallic and glass skyscrapers are exciting and challenging to capture. I have focused on the subject I know best—the beautiful city of Chicago.
